3. Pukul telur hingga sebati ( 1 minit). Masukkan gula dan pukul ( 3-4 minit) lagi.<br />
4. Masukan minyak jagung dan essen vanilla. Pukul sebati.<br />
5. Masukan tepung yang telah diayak tadi. kacau perlahan2.<br />
6. Dengan menggunakan spatula atau senduk kayu masukkan karot yang telah di parut serta walnut.<br />
8. Kacau hingga rata. Bila telah rata bahagikan 2 bahagian dan bakar selama 25-30 minit.<br />
